Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Often, yes. Customers who call before 2:00 PM may qualify for a same-day appointment, subject to technician availability, service area and scheduling capacity. Otherwise we aim for the next day.
How do I book a repair?
Book online in about two minutes and take $20 off labor, or call (469) 927-7978. Either way you get a clear arrival window, not a whole-day wait.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What happens on the first visit?
A certified technician inspects the appliance, finds the fault and explains the repair price before any work starts. Our vans carry common OEM parts, so many repairs are completed in the same visit.
What if the part needs to be ordered?
We order it right away, tell you when it arrives, and return to finish the job. Customers regularly mention in reviews how quickly parts came in.

How does pricing work?
The technician diagnoses the appliance first, then explains the full repair price before any work starts. No work begins until you approve the price.
Will you tell me if a repair is not worth it?
Yes. If replacement is the smarter choice, we say so before you spend money on parts. That honesty shows up in our reviews more than anything else.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards and contactless mobile payments are accepted on site.
How do I get the $20 discount?
Book your appointment online and $20 off labor is applied automatically. The discount is locked in when your request is submitted.

Which brands do you repair?
All major household brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and Frigidaire, plus premium and built-in brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Dacor, Miele and GE Monogram. We are an independent repair company and are not a manufacturer-authorized servicer.
Which appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dryers, washers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and ranges, cooktops and microwaves. We also clean dryer vents, install household appliances and support commercial kitchens and laundry rooms.
Do you clean dryer vents?
Yes. A clogged dryer vent causes long dry times and is one of the most common fire risks in a home. We clear the full vent line, not just the lint trap.
Premium & Built-In Appliances
Do you repair built-in refrigerators?
Yes. Built-in and panel-ready refrigeration is one of our core specialties, repaired in place with the parts and clearances those units need.
Do you do compressor and sealed-system repairs?
Yes. Sealed-system work, compressors and refrigerant leaks legally require EPA Section 608 certified refrigerant handling, and we hold that certification. Most sealed-system repairs cost a fraction of replacing a premium refrigerator.
