I really didn't have anything fixed because he was very, very, very patient with me and explained that my old Maytag washing machine was working the way it was designed to work. He took time to show me and explain to me all my misconceptions. It was wonderful. I would not hesitate to call them again. A few months ago our Samsung fridge was freezing up with thick ice all over the back wall and making an awful clicking sound. The tech showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the drain line, and swapped the defrost sensor without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need.

Then recently our Samsung dryer started screeching and blowing cold air. Called them back right away, and they came out and replaced the heating element and rollers that same day.

Super straightforward, fair pricing, and they actually know what they're doing with Samsung units. Solid refrigerator and dryer repair here in Frisco-definitely keeping their number handy.

Our Samsung refrigerator ice maker had completely frozen up and stopped making ice. Oleg diagnosed the issue right away and replaced the ice maker. It’s been working perfectly since.

We also had a problem with a large Viking range with double ovens where the igniters kept clicking nonstop. Oleg and Alex found that the spark module needed to be replaced and fixed it the same visit.

Really appreciate the professionalism, quick response, and clear communication. Everything was handled smoothly and on time.

Thumbup.Pro Appliance Repair was my 3rd Repairman that I called to fix my GE washing machine. They were the only ones to text me back right away. I was reluctant at first but Oleg made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. He wants to get in and out, not waste your time and or money. He is honest and cleaned up as he worked. He is gifted with unbelievable troubleshooting techniques as well. He ordered my pump before he left that day, called me at 10 the next day and was here within 30 min. to finish up with the repair.
